Registrations 2024-2025 are now open.

There will be 2 sessions for examining the applications : those received before 15/9 will be processed before the end of September 2024; those received before 15/10 will be processed before the end of October 2024. Applications not received before 15  October 2024 will not be processed.

• Year 1 applicants : Upon acceptance, applications are transfered to the university for further processing. Check your mail for further information.

UPON ACCEPTANCE by the DS : (PLESE DO NOT START THESE STEPS BEFORE YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED)

• Univ. Paris Cité : you will receive a 'eCandidate' link to input the details of your application
• Sorbonne Univ. : (everything goes through ADUM)  you will receive an email from ADUM to finalize registration

• FOR REGISTRATION IN Y2 AND MORE :

The CSI report must be available for re-registration.

• Univ. Paris Cité :
  •  Y2 & Y3 : authorizations are automatically sent by the University. You should receive an 'eCandidate' link.
  • Y4 and more : you must complete a form for "inscription derogatoire" and submit back to the DS along with the documents requested by the University.
• Sorbonne Univ. :
  •  Y2 and more : apply for re-registration on ADUM, then remind your supervisor to approve it. You will receive further information after the doctoral school approval.

If you defend by December 31st, it is not necessary to register again
